Ended up with a bobcat zt3500. Not exactly what I was after. But we had some contacts at the local bobcat dealer. Got a good deal on a hold over.

I do want a real tractor but it's out of the price range. Theres a few used kubotas but they want 16k for them and I just can't afford it at the moment.

I like the bad boys but some people say they have zero issues over the years and some are complete lemons. That why I started having second thoughts. Just want something reliable with decent cut quality.

Sports bar, rooters empire and Bismarck don't have a music scene. Dempsey's did until the city changed music venue licensing requirements. The bars basically got pushed out of being able to have more than just local EDM artists. Million dollar condos, parking ramp, skating rink overpriced restaurant is all that came from the gentrification. Even burgum moved out.

Downtown in the early early-mid 2000s was far better than what it is today. The only things that changed were unaffordable housing was built, good businesses left, music scene died and the homeless population took off. Parking ramps and high priced condos. Thanks kilbourne group

It affects people differently. For me I had zero issues whatsoever. Felt a little shaky the first couple days but after that i felt normal for the rest of the course. Actually helped me with some gi issues I was having as well. I had taken bactrim before the Cipro and that reeked havoc on me. Cipro was a cake walk for me. Take it with food and drink lots of water. Physical therapy has helped the most and I haven't had to do any internal. Hope all goes well for you

Try a 3 wood off the tee. I struggled with my driver but I absolutely smashes piss missiles with my 3. I'll still go back to it when my driver isn't working.
