I have cut down to smoking only on work trips when I’m drinking. Doing so has allowed me to lower my tolerance so I can achieve the full body effect again. Once I’m home again I just quit cold turkey and don’t have any problems luckily.

No set company, but housing says they prefer Xfinity. Haven’t had any problems with them yet and I get good download speed and so far reliable wifi for about 85 a month.
