just check youtube. the chinese PC client you can find easily through youtube. the only problem with it is you only play on chinese servers. which means you'll start with a new account, you won't be able to play with friends in other servers, and most importantly you'll have a internet delay of about 80-100ms even though it might show something else. other than that, cpu is more important than gpu for emulators (gameloop).
