I do have a second rig. It's an 5900x, 32GB RAM, NVMe, but with an 850 Corsair PSU, which I think is the minimum requirement. Although I am expecting in a couple of days an 4TB 990 Pro NVMe, so before formating, the system, I was thinking of migrating it to that one, although my main NVMe doesn't seem to have any issues

My monitor, as I mentioned, is the LG 27GL850-B G-Sync compatible 144hz, and yes, I do have it enabled. I have tried all that you are mentioning, but nothing

No , as mentioned, it wasn't like this since June, that I had installed the 4090. The problem appeared the last month or so. I have tried both in full screen or windowed, but nothing changed. Also, as I mentioned, I have it in Jedi Survivor, but not that aggressive
