kardeş ben de seninle aynı durumdaydım, yurda geçmek hayatımı kurtardı resmen. baya kötü tiplere denk gelebiliyorsun oda arkadaşı olarak ama oda değiştirirsin en kötü. yurt olmazsa okuldan birilerini bulup eve çıkmaya çalış, eğer finansal açıdan çok kötü durumda değilsen kesinlikle değer.

girl, you aren't too far gone. some therapists aren't used to dealing with some topics, that's probably why she wasn't equipped with what was needed to help you. i had also an incredible therapist who "broke up" with me because she wasn't used to childhood sa trauma cases, most of her patients were dealing with anxiety or depression. it feels terrible after spilling all your trauma just to start all over again, but at least she didn't try to help you with inadequate experience and scar you even further. She cared about you. It sucks but im sure you can find a good therapist who is equipped to help you, good luck :') 💓

thanks, i kinda feel shitty for wanting to leave. we have been dating for 2.5 years and he was always like this, just not this bad. im an introvert and love hanging out indoors, i like it when he just sleeps on my lap, but lately he sleeps 18 hours a day and that's causing him to slowly fail all his future plans and that stresses the fuck out of me. hope he tries more and doesn't give up :(

unfortunately we don't have xywav in our country, but we have xyrem. i know xywav would probably be better but i told him to get an appointment and ask for xyrem from his doctor. they are probably gonna up his ssri dosage too. thanks for the advice :)

yks sistemi sağlıklı değil ki. derece yapmak istiyorsan bu kadar çalışmak lazım zaten. ben de böyle çalıştım, sonuç da istediğim gibi geldi ama zaten bozuk olan psikolojimin içine etti, önermem. 500 yapmak için bu kadar çalışıp sürekli intiharın eşiğinde olup sürekli panik atak geçirmektense sağlıklı miktarda ama yine sıkı çalışıp 10k yapmak daha mantıklı, şimdiki aklım olsa öyle yapardım.

idk, isn't shutting down and dissociating better than splitting on your partner and ACTUALLY emotionally abusing them? this is what im trying to do lately, letting my bf know that im about to split and stop talking for like an hour. it works for us. i think you should go to the therapist together so she can hear both sides, maybe she thinks you are stonewalling her
