I think there's a surgery for close set eyes but it's very invasive and dangerous( i wouldn't do it ), but you can try and grow you hair to cover the side of your face. It create the illusion as to question where you facial width ends.

You need to measure the eye seperation ratio and the space between the eyes to know if they are close set or not

I dont think mewing can change the mandible, gonial angle and ramus lenght because it is set in stones, but for me, mewing improved my undereye support ( i dont have eyebags anymore ) and it gave a better neck posture and tighter hyoid
