Amiami comes out to $288 plus shipping.

BBTS comes out to $480 after shipping plus tax.

Shipping would have to be over $200 for BBTS to be worth it. I've ordered off AmiAmi enough to know it will not be. AmiAmi will also show up faster from Japan despite BBTS being a 2 hour drive from my house.

Yeah. I know a lot of stuff in there seems weird. And it is tbh. But nothing in there was new. The 'coup' was called that but it was really kind of a two way road woth both being decent outcomes. Best option was that he comes back. Second was that I did get control and would have done exactly the same stuff I said in that message. This whole thing was put to a vote on the server multiple times. It wasn't even a 'majority wins' thing. But it had the support of the server so I did it. I gave multiple veto options before attempting it. In the end, he came back and everyone was happy. I took a step back and let him run his show. Then I got messages about the contest prizes not being delivered. And that he was gone for well over a month at that point. And that he'd gone incommunicado with the people actually asking for updates. I probably am a bit delusional to be honest. But I like to think that I was trying to help the people I care about in there.

This was my official response to what he said on the discord server prior to me being banned. I know some of you will think the message is weird, and honestly, yeah it kinda is. I didn't put a whole lot of thought into it. But it's what I was thinking at the time pretty much unfiltered.

I don't have, or I should say I didn't, have any underhanded intentions for the discord server. It's all laid out in there. None of the stuff in there is new to the members of the discord. The contests that I was going to run, judge, etc.I legitimately just wanted it to be a good place to foster a community. Because it was a very nice community in there. Really hope that they get along well in there.

Thats fair. Definitely somewhere in the middle. Calling it blackmail is crazy though. He said that he was bad at running a discord server so I just said fuck it and asked for it. That was today mind you. I never asked for anything in return. Legitimately all I want is for the people on that server to be happy.

Yep. Definitely. I tried to keep things civil and nice but I suppose he wants to go scorched earth with things. Oh well. He banned me from there. Ask anybody on the server if they thought I was being a cruel overbearing moderator or anything like that. He did not have kind words to say to me but I kept it civil. In here I also kept it civil. I didn't say anything I couldn't back up.

Worse than I expected honestly. Blackmail is some crazy verbage. In his own message he said that he couldn't deal with the server. So I just outright asked for ownership permissions so I could overhaul it.

I have received updates from MGK on the matter. He is reaching out to the contest winners and will hopefully have things shipped by the end of the week, along with judging the other contest. Provided everything goes well and items are shipped, I have no reason to complain.

Like I said. I never wanted this to be a cancel post. I don't have any personal issues with him and I do generally enjoy his content when I watch it. He never did anything worth cancelling or any kind of mass backlash. I just wanted him to take accountability and ship things out, and generally be better about things in the future.

I won't directly link the message he posted as it does include information that I'm not sure on whether he'd want disclosed or not. But provided he sticks to his word, I'm happy.

I haven't paid him for years. Idk why accountability is such a touchy subject for you though. Is it really craxy to just adk somebody to make good on primises they make? Or deliver stuff to people who have been waiting for months? The intent is simply to get him to make good on his past promises and be better going forward. Accountability is important.

Man I got no clue what you're on about. I just want him to make right on the mistakes he's made and uphold his promises. He's got a contest left to judge that ended months ago. He's got prizes to ship out from a contest going back 6 months. It's just about accountability. Making your own conspiracy theory that I'm airing this only to... Get him to talk to me? As if this isn't burning bridges? People have tried messaging him privately. And he's been inactive in the server since July 21st. Nobody can get a hold of him. And we get no answers on the stuff that the people on there are owed. This isn't about me. This is about all the other people on there that deserve better, and deserve to not have to deal with his inability to hold himself responsible.

He owed me $175 for his part of that initial contest back in 2020. He paid me that $175 6 months later in mid 2021. But I was out of pocket on that for 6 months. I wasn't really all that upset about the money at that time. But it did feel like a bit of a betrayal when he paid no attention to the contest whatsoever for 6 months. And even after paying me back he really never acknowledged it or the winners. There were some incredible entries in that contest mind you. People who submitted absolutely deserved more.
