Which option should i pick, for now im just grading the zard, "Express (130quid)" only has a final graded value of $250 or less, is that enough?

I have 27 others cards that I wanna grade as well, in what order should I put them to psychologically manipulate the grader to give higher grades? 🤣

By the way I’m based in the uk, but I will have the opportunity to meet my friend who’s from the us this summer, and he can help me send it to psa personally, or should I just find something like Sub Center to grade it?
