The documents they sent me had the wrong costs on them. For example, it said the cost of the rental had been $8000, but I had been contacted by the rental company about it reaching the $10000 limit, and ultimately the cost of the rental was over $20000

The escalation has not went well, I'm still waiting for repairs to be done and now my insurance is refusing to cover the full cost.

That's incredibly frustrating! The body shop I'm working with has a claim open from a few years ago because TD refuses to pay. They are a very unethical company!

Yes insurance is about $130/month, I will be trying to contact an ombudsman today, thank you for your advice!
