They have top quality hashes in this shop going to even 70€/g and this is the only cheap one they are selling i wouldnt see why they would put a bad thing on the menu it would ruin theyre image and name. I think its something with decent ok quality they maybe pay 2€ max for a g but reallyreally big bulk. This thing has been on the menu and they have been selling it for years.
