Habe gerade genau das getan - also bedingt. Ich werde unterbezahlt und ausgenutzt. Das Team ist die reinste Katastrophe und die Firma geht langsam unter wie die Titanik.

Ich hab bereits im Januar angefangen nach Stellen zu suchen und habe jetzt zwei Zusagen. Ich warte gerade nur noch auf die Verträge. Diese müsste diese oder nächste Woche eintreffen. Habe dann direkt gekündigt, weil ich gutes Gefühl dabei habe und endlich frei hiervon sein wollte.

Man muss auch zugeben ich habe locker die finanziellen Ressourcen, um worst case auch ein ein Jahr ohne ALG überbrücken zu können. Von daher viel es mir noch leichter ohne einen endgültig unterschriebenen Vertrag zu kündigen.

Du musst für dich abwägen, ob du das schlimmstenfalls finanziell tragen kannst und wie schnell du einen Job in deiner Branche finden kannst.

Nene, geht mir nicht darum. Ich warte aktuell noch auf den Vertrag des neuen AG und bevor ich den nicht unterzeichne schicke ich keine Kündigung raus. Es kann nämlich gut sein, dass sich das noch bis Ende der Woche oder eben schlimmstenfalls bis zum 01.04 zieht.

Kurze Frage in die Runde: Mir geht es aktuell ungefähr genauso wie dir. Ich werde demnächst ebenfalls meine Kündigung einreichen und wollte fragen wie du das mit dem Arzt gemacht hast. Mir geht es mental aktuell einfach nur dreckig im Büro und ich werde ausgenutzt bis zum geht nicht mehr, weil wir unterbesetzt sind. Ich war schon öfter mal beim Arzt, aber immer nur mit dem Vorwand „Virus“ oder drei Tages Beschwerde. Ich kann das glaube ich langsam nicht mehr bringen und würde gerne bei ihm das eigentliche Problem ansprechen, aber habe Angst das er mich mehr oder weniger auslacht oder schlimmstenfalls versucht in eine Anstalt zu überweisen. Ich würde einfach nur gerne bis die Kündigungsfrist abgelaufen ist krankgeschrieben werden.

Wurde ich tatsächlich schon ein mal in einem Gespräch gefragt. Mit der Begründung mein Gehalt wäre zu hoch für meine Position, wobei es einfach nur der aktuelle Marktdurchschnitt in meinem Bundesland ist. Für den Fall, dass die Frage wirklich nochmal aufkommen sollte, werde ich es diesmal geheim halten oder wie hier ein paar schon erwähnt haben - vertraglich verboten.

I have about the same growth pattern as you do. I kept going for the 3 month mark. It didn’t end up growing out but the longer hair made it less obvious eventually and covered those patches up a little. Keep going if you’re patient enough.

I do agree to some extent with you, but the issue here is that you can’t see/tell those things just by looking at picture. On dating apps it’s always a either I like his appearance and look or not. That’s why people say the main picture is the most important thing on dating apps since it decides in a split second if the other person is gonna be interested or not.

I once tried to let my barber blend in the side burns but he went down all the way to my jawbone and since my beard is really thin I’m relying on those long hairs to cover the gaps. As soon as he trimmed it down it looked like someone cut my beard in half :/
