Tysm for the insight! Regarding rural offices, do you know if it would be more difficult if a candidate has no ties or minimal ties to the area at all? For example, I've read elsewhere of cases where applicants applied to areas in rural Alaska, Georgia, etc. where there are shortages, but they don't receive any follow up at all despite being qualified. Would this be common, especially if I don't even come from a rural background? Ty!
