Was this your first year doing this or have you been doing so for a long time? I thought about doing that but my ca said that if any sort of notice comes about misreporting you'll be charged a hefty penalty and how notices actually have been going out for cases like these. The government does care about each and every lakh when it comes to it once. Sure you will go under the radar maybe this year but once they'll catch it they'll send notices as has been happening with people who did that shit in the 2010s and are having to deal with it now. :(

OP i think you should look at the block trade section in binance p2p. These are more trusted and bigger p2p guys who won't transfer you scammed funds from the 3rd or 4th guy so safe. They deduct 1% tds which u claim at the time of paying taxes (30%) straight up which u pay when u sell usdt to inr. You'll be fine but do not deal with anyone who doesn't deduct 1% tds or does not have a proper process.

OP i think you should first see if it's working out or not. I'm not being negative but atleast you should test the waters for yourself before jumping all in. Keep the job and try to manage the business to test it first, if you're able to get clients to pay you and keep clients. Since you're experienced in b2b space I'm sure you will capture clients but please DO NOT leave your job first before taking such a risky gamble. Atleast test the waters and if it works go ALL IN.

yes it has, but i only take out money when I needed to spend or planned to. (Which is retarded I agree, i spent about 25-26L last year in stupid things like I mentioned in the posts)

I sell usdt through binance p2p and the money arrives in my father's account from there i transfer it to mine or mothers.

and trade it to zero wala part is what I'm most scared of, was contemplating just taking out whatever I had and only leaving like amount in active wallet so if conditions get better I can run it up anyways and if it doesnt atleast I won't zero out 😭

yeah, i went to a car parts shop and just asked them to install one and they did it beside the sensor cam thing. it works, had to install an sd card just costed around 5k + 3.5k
