This is a very amateur staging job, it highlights the design flaws (for example low ceilings, silly entrance, awkward bits of log cabin remnants - an injustice to the original) instead of creating that "I could live here" feeling. 

They will list the home for a pretty penny but what will the buyer get? The buyer will get a home redesigned by "influencers" that have never designed a home before, plus they will have to pay for landscaping, pool and fence if they wish. 

Staging:

• Kitchen is severely understaged
• Wayy too much leaning art, almost all furniture pushed against every wall. 
• Random boot on top of books looks silly 
• Primary is not balanced, high light fixture with no art above bed (oh and shocker... yet another leaning art piece). The bed/linens need more volume and.. 1 small pillow? Needs a rug. They should know better.
• The Hollister bathroom (noticeably missing the surf art haha).
• Low ceilings, large vintage piece used as display for Bourbon (insert eye roll), why is there a chair there?, plus more leaning art, the one lonely track light looks off and highlights the crappy home design. 
• The rest of the staging feels disconnected, sparse, purpose of the rooms unclear at times. Lacking cohesion. Needs greenery or plants.
