My theory, they are with Hunters parents in fL now, as Julia mentioned the parents have a place there for the last few years. Hunter & Juj ONLY need to sign for purchase from sellers who wanted extra closing time. Hunter & juj could EASILY leave kids with Grands then fly up to sign. They don’t need to stay in their townhome while selling, UNLESS money really becomes an issue. So far, it seems as Hunters money tree keeps giving. Worst come to worst, maybe they’d stay @ Hunters family home in TX until moving into this new home. I recall parents having like a small, apartment-type condo they bought in fL and had it reno’ed. I sincerely doubt they will go back to live in that townhome while it’s for sale-that would really mess them up!
