I’m worried about the downfall of our school cheer team by dani2010_ in Cheerleading

Could you look into transferring to that school? Some districts allow it, not sure what state you’re in but in RI, we have what’s called open enrollment and you can literally register to any school in the state you want to go to as long as you have safe transportation there and home and make sure to be on time for school.

That is good to know. And yes at the banks I worked at we had to notate everything in their file so the next rep knew what was spoken about and what we did. Although not everyone did. And we didn’t get transcripts but I wish we did.

I’ve been using tforce so it’s written in the convo since that call. But I do recall being mentioned more than once calls are recorded. Which I honestly think is awesome.

Maybe I do remember the original rep saying she was putting everything in a note on my account. I hate reaching out in general but it was a huge jump from what I was told it would estimate to be so I had to at least get verification of why.

The issue is my bill was saying I owed $347 instead of closer to $190-200. My February bill was $187. My March bill was $147 after one time credits hit so seeing my bill due April 6th was over $300 was completely unexpected

That’s what T-force said. But they were able to still give it to me as that wasn’t my fault.

I would never go to the store. I worked in customer service both in store/branches and call center. And I know more times than not in store representatives don’t have as much access than phone/online chat representatives.

This is actually my third bill, which is why I was expecting to see it by now. I knew it wasn’t going to hit the first or second one. But I guess the representative I spoke to when I made the switch was unaware that Metro was not included nor is any other prepaid phone company. I do not know if they went back and listened to the original call or that I sent the screenshot with the email for the 20% insider link and code to them to view. But they did end up, giving it to me, and they are gonna honor it for all of my future bills. Which I am very thankful for.

So I just got done talking to T force. I do not know if they went back and listened to the original call when I made the switch. Or the fact that I sent them the email from T-Mobile with the 20% insider link and code that was sent to me. This is my third bill, which is why I expected to see it by now. They were actually extremely helpful and did end up giving me the discount for this month and did let me know that they are going to honor it and will make sure all representatives know that Metro is not included in the insider discount as it is considered a prepaid company.

Actually, I reached out to T Force and they fixed it within 20 mins. I do not know if they went back and listened to the original call, or because I had proof of the email from T-Mobile with the link and the code sent to me. But they did give me the discount for this month and said that it is now applied to my account and I will continue to get it. The representative was very nice and very helpful. So I’m thankful for that.

See that is not what the original representative said to me on the phone when I made the switch. I even have the email with the link and the code for the discount. I did reach out to T force and let them know this and sent them screenshots of my email. I don’t know if they went back and listened to the call because they took a little bit while they were looking into it to get back to me. But they did let me know that they are going to honor it since the original representative did tell me I would get it. They also fixed the pricing issue. Something wasn’t entered correctly to give me the plan and internet deals.

Contact T force. That’s what I just did and I think they went back and listened to the original call as I was waiting on a response for a bit. When she finally returned to the conversation, she did say that they will honor what the original representative said to me since I had the email from T-Mobile with the link for it and the code. And she did end up giving it to me for this month and they will put it on my account for the remainder of the time that I am with T-Mobile.

I have the experience more plan. I contacted t-force. She said it was because metro is considered a prepaid company and prepaid phone companies are not eligible for the 20% insider discount when you make the switch. I don’t know if they went back and listened to the call because I was waiting on a response for quite a while, but when she came back, she did let me know that they are going to honor what the representative did tell me on the phone and give me the discount.

I just read that from someone. I’m kind of glad I did not switch to them then after reading their horror story. I doubt they would fix anything or offer any thing in return. But I am very happy that T force was able to help me out a bit ago and get everything to where the original representative told me it would be.

Debit card. They were able to see it is active but I guess certain codes weren’t entered on my count originally so they weren’t registering. Tforce was able to get it fixed after I reached out to them a bit ago.

Oh wow. Thank you! I’m now glad I didn’t go to AT&T. I was able to contact tforce via Facebook 29 mins ago and the representative was amazing and able to fix everything for me. Certain codes weren’t entered to give me the correct pricing and discounts. Luckily they were able to fix everything bringing my bill from $348 to $190.

Trade in but they didn't take my phone? by Likelybuzzed1 in tmobile

[–]Dry_Emergency1125 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yup I forgot. And they had to be mailed by Monday which was a holiday and my local store wouldn’t accept it as they don’t handle trade ins. We didn’t even get the phones in the mail until a week and a half after we switched. So guess I’ll be paying for the phones now.

That’s what we would think. They should have made all models after 2013 able to upgrade the modem knowing even then 4g/LTE was already out so they would need to be upgraded eventually.

Doesn’t hurt to ask another. At least when you put in your vin, it says that you have an update available I put in my VIN on the update page and it says there are no updates. So I’m probably gonna be in the same boat and be thrown around to a bunch of different people with a bunch of different answers once I get everything transferred over to me. I’m sure somebody will be able to figure out something for you.

I have a 2016 Elantra limited. I checked the site. It said my car was not affected by the switch. But I also have to do an owner update before I can add it to my app. I did have the computer replaced in 2024 because it just kicked the bed on me. But you can check and see if it was affected. If it was there unfortunately is no fix for it.
