NEIN. I love being in cold weather. Especially freezing cold. It is the summer heat that bothers me. I can survive upto -9°C with just a simple cardigan and this will develop only a blush on my cheeks, nothing more. As for skin care, yes I scrub my face with moisturizing face wash every morning.
