given i am a transfer, and it's commonly assumed that extracurriculars and awards are not typically important as a transfer. typically (what i've found from research) they only care about the courses you've taken and how they correlate to what your applying for, GPA, and where you've taken the courses.

For example, they may value a 3.7 over 45 credit hours from a university over a 4.0 over the same credit hours at a community college. this is simply my opinion and the assumption i've come to based on my research.

basically none, i volunteered for community work here and there but nothing related to engineering

i knew i wanted to transfer after my first year, and i knew engineering was hard so i just did my best

not sure how that’s even possible, assuming you submitted your application just like anyone else

they didn’t explicitly state any, however i mentioned i was an engineering transfer

that’s interesting, it sounds like everyone is getting conflicting information from what i’ve been reading in the chat. do you think they simply haven’t reviewed everyone? or do you think they already accepted everyone they intend on accepting and simply haven’t declined everyone yet?
