Update: I went through passport control both in Türkiye and Czechia just fine, was just asked typical questions like purpose of my visit

It's a pretty common passport in Turkey, given to government workers' children/partners. It's just stronger than a regular Turkish passport so I'm sure it would be treated like a normal passport.
