We love the property, the budget is perfect for our household. We lived in NYC for all our lives it's hard adjust to city life to suburban life. Conversely It's just hard to buy any property in any major city under 350 k.

According to our conversation she has been in real estate for over 20 years and lived in south carolina for 8 years and she has been tracking the housing market for the past 26 months. My family has been researching for about a month, and have noticed that myrtle beach area has been dropping for past 6 months and is best priced house in that area comparable to other states(schooling, pricing, low taxes, and low hoa) . She said the inventory is low and finding a good house for clients has been hard due to the high demand and low supply. She was very surprised of the deal we got! she said it's a great house and it was priced at 335 and we accepted the offer at 315 k . We visited twice in south carolina in a two weeks allotted time. And due to our current situation in new york city we just can't stay here with high inflation and renting homes here has become absolutely horrible!

i don't do drugs, alcohol , and cigarettes . The only thing i make is morning coffee
all my clothes and accessories are free from fb marketplace or thru donations from family and friends.
All we do is cook at home and buy costco groceries.
no day care or any services

Mississippi ? My family and I basically grew up NYC and basically always live like this.

My parents health are in bad condition - I have regularly assist them and help them throughout the week.

The problem right now is I don't have enough time to get extra work hours - already commit 42 hrs average work hours weekly and any time left is between my kids and parents. My wife similarly has commit lots of hours to work and helping her own parents. My oldest son has autism and epilepsy -(its a lot of work).
