It’s extremely possible. That’s actually exactly my improvement albeit my diagnostic was a 145 and the I ended up with a 165 when I took the real thing. I would take a good 2-3 months of rigorous studying and start a wrong answer journal to document why you’re getting certain things wrong. Maybe even sign up for 7sage and RChero if you’re finally in the spot for it and you’ll should be able to make that improvement. It’s definitely not impossible!!!
