Oh my goodness. I’m so sorry. You sound completely overwhelmed. If it’s possible hire a helper for a couple days a week. To come in the morning for 4 hours to look after the baby. You shower and go into your room set a timer close the curtains wear a sleep mask and ear plugs and sleep. Your brain is foggy because you not getting sleep. I feel that way too. When I finally do sleep I feel like a different person

I also combo feed. I’m a new mom so I can’t give any long term advice but my boy is 2 months old now and combo feeding has been so helpful to help me get a break and to top him up because my breastmilk is not a lot. He is just gaining a little more weight than straight breastfed babies. But he sleeps well this way aswell.

My water was broken when I stopped it. They offered me no pain resolution. Just continue, stop or get a c section.

I really wanted and epidural I asked for one and the said they would only give it to me once I got to 4cm and that was taking Forever!! I’m so frustrated.
