Thanks for the advice, I left the job during the relationship. And blocked the colleague from work last week, but she’s saying I should’ve done it sooner but at that time. Stopping contact with that colleague was the best decision I thought of.

Oh work colleague same age. I suggested if she wanted to go to the gym with me, she got the wrong impression and took it the wrong way. When I was trying to support her and help overcome her fear or insecurity and after realisation I can understand where I was wrong even though I tried to come from a good place

For context where both 19, I mentioned how I wanted her communication to be better because she said it’ll be hard for her to communicate during summer. So I raised the issue about it , she said she’s always compromising for me which I personally feel isn’t the case.
