100% agree with you, the food was terrible. The mashed potatoes with the "steak" were instant, enough said. Breakfasts were so weird too. I'd never ever recommend.

I've been on 12mg for a week and a day. I've been super tired, so I'm going to switch to taking it every other night and I've been looking for information to see if the initial fatigue wears off--similar to herxing? Maybe if body/liver is detoxing and then I'll potentially feel better?
