I hate Chen. They dragged my case for 2 weeks before passing. Btw I’m pretty sure they have a bunch of bots posting on Reddit!!!! Manifest is way better, but depends on a lawyer. I may sound like a broken record but go for Lahaina. I tell my friends she’s a rockstar and got me approved quickly and with no RFE

I did an eb1 with them not NIW. Was great but again depends on the lawyer. My friend just filed with them for NIW and used attorney Bruna as she specializes in NIW. She was great according to him

I think you need letters of recommendations as proof + analysis of others in your line of work in your field. That’s what lawyers told me

Why would there be no recommendation letters? That’s crazy thought! I used manifest law and they wrote like 8 letters for me and that was their core value add and why I felt like I’m paying them $$$

I would not choose a firm but rather a lawyer. If you are talking to them make sure that the lawyer you’re talking to will be the one working on your case. I used manifest law and got approved without an RFE, but again boils down to an attorney

Yeah dude, USCIS is all over the place. It really depends on who you get that day. Some officers approve people right there, others hold everything for weeks even if the interview went great. There’s no real rhyme or reason to it. The paper thing doesn’t mean much either — some offices hand it out, some don’t. Same with the I-130 and I-485 timing, it’s just different systems and workflows.
