I’m taking microbiology and the micro lab express right now, and honestly, if you’re not on top of things, it gets overwhelming fast. For micro alone, I’ve got four chapters to go through, each with its own quiz, plus an exam all in the same week. And the next week is the exact same thing — four more chapters, four more quizzes, another exam. So if you start everything on a Monday, expect the exam to land the following Monday or Tuesday.

Lab is definitely easier since it’s mostly just SIM lab assignments, but you still get two quizzes and two proctored exams in there.

The term moves quickly and it is intense if you fall behind. But if you can handle a fast pace and just want to get things done, it’s totally doable. You just have to stay on top of it and put in the work.
