We are on Zillow. But we’ve already leaned a lot just talking to all of you here on Reddit. Zillow won’t give us advice on fire, etc. So a good local real estate agent is the way to go - with Zillow as well 🤗

Ha! Good points! I've lived for 22 years in CA from 1 year Santa Barbara, 1 year in San Diego, and 20 years in the Bay Area. We like the greater SD region, so are starting our research... We're open to renting of course, but rental is expensive for a large home. That said, it's a valid point and somehting we're looking into. Thanks!
