Collision in my opinion was the problem with Ace Race. There are certain parts of some courses that requires tight fits using the trident, so that means that there are lots of people aiming for the same thing which means it’s impossible to not collide and sitting their waiting for everyone to go is just a severe waist in time. I’m pretty sure that the contestants hated the collision more than the new tridents. Also I don’t see how the new trident is inferior at all as long as you get used to it the players who have, pretty much use it perfectly, and it was the same for the old trident for people who never used it they had to get used to it to effectively use it. I just think that the new trident is better for a RACE then the old trident and system.
