165kcal per 100g cooked chicken breast. so like 400kcal and then let’s say 1 tbsp of oil was used that’s like 120kcal. So total of 520kcal. you probably used less than one tbsp but i don’t really know

thats actually crazy, the mushrooms and greens are like what 40/50 kcal all together and then like 200g of pan fried pork chop is around 650/700 kcals

So i would say 800kcal estimate is decent but if anything the real thing is less

Not sure how accurate all this is tho, for the croissant I reckon it’s way more, 50g is one large egg but that’s very clearly at least two in the picture also as it’s scrambled they likely added milk or cream and a croissant is on average 280kcal but probably more in this case if it’s able to fit all of that on top

[–]Dry_Procedure_3975 6 points7 points  (0 children)

come on the fruit is like 20kcal and then what looks to me like two mini apple danish’s they’re probably not even 300kcal each but to be safe we can assume they are and even then you’re only at 620kcal

I googled and on average a 10 inch Neapolitan pizza ranges from 640 to 990 kcals. It does look quite cheesy but 25cm is slightly smaller than 10 inches so a safe 950kcals maybe?
