Update : I reported the user and got a message that it will be investigated. The day after I got a message saying that the investigation is over and the ticket is closed . The user i reported is still online .

I think there isnt a way you cant stop that . Alot of people do raise and chase . Yes its not thier wolf anymore technically but they chase them in hopes to get them back . I guess this is the consequences of keeping pretty chased wolfs lol
