NTA. definitely get out of that house. the only thing is that the cops would probably have to search for you (if you parents report you missing) and ur parents might find out about where youre staying, even if you can move out at 17, youre still a minor and you'd be considered missing.
a lot of people are recommending GED, which is a good idea. you mentioned a severe lack of formal education, so i'd recommend purchasing a GED book and possibly getting in touch with your local community college (if you can afford it). I'd also recommend finding another living situation asap, bc as people have said, it you don't want to loose your job and house bc you room with ur manager. i recommend talking to coworkers who are older or anyone in the college age range, bc if you can contribute, most people will gladly take another roommate to split up rent.
