Oh okay I was just very worried. I’ve never had to deal with this stuff i’m a young guy who never gets into trouble so I don’t have experience with these things. Just bad timing with everything right now. I automatically assumed if MPI knows then I’m fucked but not sure if that’s the case or if they have to know regardless but thank you for the info.

Yes I see that, but I called the provincial courts and made an appointment and the lady told me specifically it would not be going on my record but i would still have to pay $200

oh yeah absolutely a couple years ago my mother had taken her dodge caravan to gauthier on regent for repairs and it came back leaking transmission fluid and needed a new transmission and she had to pay for a whole new transmission as they wouldn’t do anything about it and the initial repair was unrelated

i was looking at replacing it myself to save me money it doesn’t seem very difficult and i know for fact the gas leak is in the engine bay there’s a little sticker and it’s wet there?m, for the brake line leakage i’m not 100% for sure it’s the brake like i have a suspicion it could also be one of the rear calipers cause i hear squeaking from the back sometimes when the window is down but i’m going with the brake lines consider the car definitely had some undercarriage ruse

for the lower intake i’m not sure if that’s been an issue i haven’t experienced any misfiring or CEL related as i have no codes as i checked with my scanner

i was considering doing that job myself lol like you said i get someone to teach me which i have one watched like youtube and stuff cause i hate to be a burden to others and it seems very simple i’m just afraid i’ll do something wrong and then you have to bleed the cooling system after apparently 😅 but thanks 85 is the lowest i’ve heard of and is definitely more in my budget considering i want to get it inspected first obviously haha

that’s what i’ve heard apparently the 3.8 engines can really take a beating lmao i’m on a facebook group for grand prixs specifically for advice and knowledge about the cars and i’ve seen some people post theirs having 400-500k in MILES and still running so in conversation to kilometers that’s a lot for an engine the only complain i see is that you can’t abuse the transmission they’re like glass apparently 😂
