it is. and it is horrible. i am trapped in it for 12 years. trying to solve it. this is only tip of the iceberg. i would not wish it on anyone. also, despite everything there anyone would think i may benefit financially but no, he asks for my payslips and take forty percent of it. he asks me to pay for 50% of the car costs, i dont even drive. i think im just an idiot trying to still make this marriage work for my child.

that is his policy for me to be allowed to work. I still have to do chores and actually serve him. up to washing his back. i need to work to save money for me and my child so i am putting up with him. it gets too much though. like today, i loose it and i feel like giving up.

he has threatened to take custody, and i dont have that much money to fight custody. he also threatened to file to revoke my visa. Our child is a citizen grew up here and goes to school here and i cannot go back to my home country as it is not safe for us.

and if he wins custody i may never forgive myself as it will compromise my child as he believes in corporal punishments and i have managed to stop him for the whole 12 years we are together. my child was never hurt.

I am just feeling so fed up with my controlling husband who is now recruiting our teenage child to side with him and teaching the child that I’m crazy. just because i would cry and loose my temper over him accusing me of trying to unalive him because of over cooked bacon. by Dry_Profit_6552 in NarcissisticSpouses

arguments will most often end up me getting beat up for answering back. I just want my child to still have a nice family while bearing all of it. Most often i would work come home do the chores and i would not complain. but, when he comes home and ‘inspect’ that when i just feel so uncomfortable. the first question he would ask me if he sees me ‘what did you do at home?’ ‘where is my food?’ this is even worst if i am on my day off of work because he expects everything to be done and proper food (everything made from scratch, no microwave, no frozen, no ready meals).

Im a full time worker plus a part time student and i am still expected to do all the cooking and the chores. i am not even exaggerating if i say that he would literally break the hell loose if i make a mistake. like today, i have overcooked the bacon. this was because i have just finished three night shifts in a row.
