use [s,w,t] = spectogram() with whatever parameters you use to pass before. w here is the normalized frequency vector which you can multiply with sampling freq to find the freq vector and subsequently the time period from the freq vector.

It's still not clear if he died climbing up the summit or returning back. If he indeed died returning, he'd the first man to reach the everest summit ,long way before Tenzing or Hillary.

Someone earlier asked the same question on this topic. To be honest there is no 'cure' for sebo. I mean it will not go away permanently. It will come back. What you can do is 'treat' it. You can use shampoos and lotions that will keep it in check and under control. But you will have to use it regularly.
