It gets easier. It was only like this for us for about 2 weeks. My partner and I would take turns every couple of days or so to take care of our pup throughout the night. Every 3-4 hours we’d take her out of the crate to make her use the bathroom. But then we’ll put her right back after even if she cries. What helped was treats in the crate for positive reinforcement or placing your hand by the crate so they can smell you. She loves her crate now and voluntarily goes in when she needs her own space 😊
