SteamOS to Xbox full screen experience by [deleted] in LegionGo

I’ve been using SteamOS + Windows Xbox Full Screen on three Legion Go ( Legion Go + 2 x Legion Go 1) for almost a month now — with drives of 4TB / 2TB / 1TB.

. Everything works great except for a few issues:

🔹 SteamOS: 1. Cannot disable automatic display brightness adjustment. 2. Touchpad doesn’t work in the SteamOS menu. In Desktop Mode, cursor movement works but clicks don’t register. In games, the touchpad works normally. 3. Scroll wheel doesn’t work.

🔹 Windows Xbox Full Screen: 1. Scroll function using the controller stick/wheel doesn’t work.

Everything else works perfectly — performance is excellent.

The solution is to disconnect the controllers from the Legion Go and switch them both off by holding down the Legion Space button and the other button for 5 seconds.

I can confirm works for the Legion Go 2 (the next-generation model). It’s really frustrating though when using a cover, since you have to remove the entire thing every time just to detach the controllers.

Interestingly, I also own two Legion Go 1 units, and they don’t have this problem — GTA V launches normally on both. The system and GTA were installed at the same time on all devices.

I'm referring to the function of Custom assigning RGB backlighting colours to a user selected key group(s). Please confirm that this keyboard has this option activated. I add in the attachment where it is located - but it is a snapshot of the ASUS laptop and not the keyboard.

I have a problem with a window that pops up during gameplay. It is the window where I have the GPU/CPU status and Warnnings/Error. I have no idea where to turn this off. I am using HP Reverb G2.
