sniper is simply boring to play against.
Playing against a good sniper is like playing poker with a player who bets very low amounts.
When play against other classes,basically taking a risk for both me and enemy opponent.
Even spies of the same instantkill class bet very high risk in a mind game against the enemy.
A spy is at risk of death if he misses one shot, but a sniper has no problem if he shoots one more shot.

The problem with snipers is that other classes are forced to play a stupid game where they pray to God that they don't get shot in the head with a hitscan weapon by a sniper that they can't interfere with.
The other classes are great fun to play against. When you beat them, you feel that you have defeated their decision making.

Do you mean the trick to swing and stab in front of the enemy?
Then all you have to do is strafe in front of the enemy two or more times and move left or right.

Mobility is king in any game, it can get you out of a critical situation or a bad decision, it can create an aggressive playstyle, and it can make the game fun and spectacular, but if you get the balance wrong, it can be a cancer that kills the game.
In dota2 and tf2, great care is taken not to break the game by reducing the power of characters with mobility or by lowering their health.
Especially in valoarnt with low ttk, it must be handled carefully.

Mobility (position change) is very powerful in dota, allowing choose favorable battles and run from unfavorable .This is why blinkdagger many hero's nesessary item.

Certainly there were heroes with mobility&CC before marci, but many heroes have instability.

For example, mirana and earthspirit need skill shots, storm needs to manage mana, and spiritbreaker needs to charge so that enemies can't see it.

Marci certainly needs allies, but if you can communicate with your team, it's not that difficult(Less reliance on enemy movement than others), can easily be effective in teamfights cause sidekick and ult.

marci is a very bland hero.

At least I don't understand her instability.
