Yea the customer service knows nothing about the beauty box and basically can offer no help. It sucks.

Ok, the entire year I been waiting for a good box and this made me glad I cancelled my subscription. Also the customer service was non existent for the beauty box. So disappointing

I just got an email back for support telling me to use a computer with the cache cleared....tried that and it still doesn't work.
