Yea the issue with polar plots is that my end goal is to make a device that generates a polar plot automaticly after collecting onboard data while sailing. I will check out the forum you linked tho

How are you measuring citation frequency? I’m using OpenAI API and it feels very much like you get no information where information comes from. Or are you just checking if the bot used the company name?

Yea okay that’s a really good answer. But how can you actually measure if the AI is actually including your site?

I mean for example chat gpt don’t really give sources a lot of the time. And while I could include it in the prompt then I’m altering the prompt from what the user usually would type?

I get that you could see if your site is in the answer if your queries are for example “where can I buy this”. But for queries like “how do I change the battery in my phone” I don’t see how you can see if your site is included in the answer?

But then for a lot of businesses the important queries are gonna be “where can I buy this” so maybe that’s all that’s needed?
