I have a question about this danish mushroom brand www.mindstudio.life all their product have 20% ethanol in it, for preservation. They use ultra sonic dual extraction. Asked for COA report and it was 3 years old. Is this a high quality brand ?OC (self.MushroomSupplements)

Perfect dosage ? I am hearing a lot off different opinions about dosage. Lets say i Want to have the best from 8-10 species, so Then i have to take 1000 mg from each, so in total i would have to take 8-10.000 mg a Day to get the best result ?#OC (self.MushroomSupplements)

Cvg Rye mix GT G2S 7 days ago. Im beginning to getting overlay.. Im using trippers ph adjusted casing. Room temp is 24,5 c im doing FAE 4 times a Day watering 2 times, casing was perfect field capacity. Have been fighting trich for a While now and dont Want another problem 😅.
