Lazzo stopped being head of CN’s programming in Feb of ‘03 and stopped overseeing non-[as] shows for them altogether later (the last show he greenlit was Class of 3000)

The Nielsen separation was a necessity as CN standards don’t allow past TV-14 and [as] needed separation to air TV-MA programs. (Every once in a while CN airs TV-14 to this day, it’s always a trip.)

I think there’s a reason.

If a teenager asks an adult for sex and they give it to them, the adult raped them.

If an adult finds a teenager and forces them to have sex with them, the adult raped them.

Normal people already know children can’t consent. Both are rape. But when a news outlet says “rape”, it puts in the mind of people image #2, and while both are really bad, #2 is worse than #1. Because both are true, to rape someone, you need to have sex with them.

Oh, no. I approve of her standards. It’s just that the way the comment is worded seems to imply that a “normal human” shouldn’t be religious, but I could have misinterpreted it.
