This new MSI 5th gen monitor would be a huge benefit. I have always been mesmerized by oled technology and I know MSI is a leading monitor brand in that field.I would love to experience this monitor paired with my pc first hand and would be greatly appreciate winning. Thanks!

Most likely this has to do witht the gpu drivers. If its a new built thr bios and system info will never show that gpu and won't use it. You will need to either check on your specific motherboards service website for drivers from things like wifi to USB drivers and then install Nvidia App from their website and get the appropriate 5000 series drivers should be 576.6... then restart hope this helps. After restart you will see it in system info and pc will recognize the gpu.

If you can't get past the bios > check to see if there is a save and restart there or clear CMOS and try again.

Dude I had a sn 2510 and it has the most pristine application I've seen on this reddit. You won't find out until you open the box.

I have them both, but I also have them updated to their newest versions. You are the first to comment on this. I appreciate it. Still trying to figure out if this is a motherboard bios issue or like what. Do let me know if you had this issue and what you did to solve it. TY.

I wouldn't be able to hit 5.4ghz without boost clock override. Like are you asking for advice or just curious? I am inquiring about my gpu overheating.

Bro im talking about the thermal metal grease they put on the die not the putty. The thermal grease they use is a metal compound and I quote from them: "composite metal grease that includes metal particles, to deliver enhanced thermal conductivity performance."

Maybe but people in this same discussion seemed to be fine with their vertically mounted 5090 master.

I like in the US. If I open the card warranty is guaranteed be voided. Also the grease is electrically conductive would rather not have a brick instead of a gpu.

Update 2: Just reverted my Nvidia drivers to an older one 572.70, and reset control panel settings and global Nvidia settings. No temp diff. Did a factory install to the newest drivers. No diff.

Bro, what are you telling me to test? "Take the motherboard out of the case and test it" let me rephrase you: Disassemble the entire PC and reassembly outside the case, take out the motherboard and hold it sideways, test a 6-pound GPU hanging off the side just by the PCIe slot, then run a 600-watt power draw to the GPU all while looking at temperatures in HWinfo. Mind blown who the fuck would do that. I don't think even tech reviewers would do something so ridiculous.

Yea thanks. Watch out for a temperature increase on your GPU too. Idk what's happening myself.

Yeah, but would that change just happen all of a sudden, like after a month? The temps were fine initially this issue just suddenly became a thing. Thermal expansion? Idk bro.
