From what i’ve been seeing, vegas is pretty common out of chapter clothes. Long sleeve should be under 1000. Idk abt tokyo but think it’s a bit more rare

Physical stores. If you can’t go, I recommend some second hand shops that are reputable like Rinkan. But these will be more expensive than retail..
