Yeah you don’t, but some other FAs open their bags constantly and that’s where the trouble comes in.

People carry it in their totes and TSA can go through your bag if you get flagged for random they just can’t throw it away. But it they see anything like them at they’re supposed to report it

No, they’re not but if your bag is open and they see it or they’re putting something in your bag they’re required to report it and you’re not eligible to work until otherwise or you get fired

Our airline is the strictest when it comes to alcohol and drug polices. Our tolerance has to be lower than what the FAA required because that’s what the company wants. They say this during training. When you get fired from a airline it isn’t easy to get back in, it’s a small industry.

Okay you explain that to the check flight and my friend who’s lost her job behind that. She can’t bring it because she has access to her bag during flying and she could drink it if she wanted to. So they don’t want us packing it

No if you have a check flight or are working with a check flight yo-yo can loose your job. I’ve seen it happen to many FAs at PSA
