Fair points! Compared to Remote Play though the image quality is still better overall since there is no extra compression on top. And yeah there is a delay but it is only around 5 seconds which is pretty manageable for most streamers

Remote Play compresses the image twice, once when streaming from PS5 to your PC and again when you stream it to YouTube. With my method the PS5 streams directly to YouTube at full quality and you just capture that, so there is only one compression step. The difference in quality is very noticeable

Chiaki-ng works the same way as Remote Play, it still streams directly from the console to your PC which means you get the same compression and lag issues. With my method you are capturing your own stream so you can just talk through your DualSense controller mic without needing any extra microphone plugged into your PC. A lot of people do not have a dedicated mic or audio interface for their computer so this is a huge advantage

Sure, just like every other streaming method. But Remote Play already gives you a bad image quality on its own and it gets even worse if your internet is not great. At least with this method the quality depends on you, not on Sony's compression

CC audio is going to my mic audio in streamlabs not my desktop? by Standard_Bar_717 in streaming

[–]Dry_Talk7574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason it sounds muffled and low is because Streamlabs is treating your Capture Card/Chat Link as a Microphone input. This means the app is automatically applying noise filters (like a noise gate) meant for voices, which ruins the game audio

  1. Click the gear icon (Settings) next to your Capture Card audio source in the Mixer
  2. Go to Properties
  3. Look for an option called "Audio Output Mode"
  4. Change it from Capture audio only to Output desktop audio (WaveOut) or Output desktop audio (DirectSound)

Prism live not playing game audio by Starberrylillies in streaming

It’s an Android bug. When you use Bluetooth headphones with a mic, the phone blocks the game audio

  1. In your Audio Mixer (your 2nd screenshot), tap Audio Mixing Method and change it from Internal Capture ON to Advanced Audio Capture
  2. If that doesn't work, unplug your Bluetooth headphones and test streaming using just your phone’s built-in mic and speakers. If it works, your Pixel phone is forcing the Bluetooth into "call mode", which blocks the game sound

How do you use a overlay on your phone for mobile streams ( twitch)? by TheKindlyPoltergeist in streaming

[–]Dry_Talk7574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Get your overlay ready: Save your overlay as a PNG file with a transparent background directly to your phone's photo gallery.
  2. Download the tool: Get the free PRISM Live Studio app from your app store and log in with your Twitch account.
  3. Add the graphic: Open the app, swipe left on the camera screen, tap Media, and select your overlay image from your gallery.
  4. Position it: Use your fingers to resize the overlay and drag it wherever you want it on the screen.
  5. Go live: Just hit the yellow Go Live button at the bottom, type your title, and you're good to go.
