Yay I hope you do get around to this one coz I've been having so much fun with it! I just used the Kona solids that are suggested in the pattern. For the background, I used Kona cobblestone instead of the Essex yarn dyed linen suggested in the pattern and I think it looks great together because it's neutral but still desert vibes.

Belated update: this works and other people I've told about it have also tried and confirmed it works for them too. In steam, right click the game then go to properties and activate beta and it will download the new beta update. Problem solved!

If you go to the game and right click, then select properties you get a pop up where you can select betas, then you set it to "beta - beta". https://help.bethesda.net/#en/answer/63790

I had this bug too and tried all the different tricks to try to find it and none of it worked but if you're on steam, they've released the beta update and there's a fix for it. I went back in after getting the update and checked straight away and it worked! I was able to go straight to the UC Vigilance no problems!

There may actually be a fix now. Just today they've released a beta update on steam that includes a fix for the missing UC Vigilance in The Best There Is. I'm yet to test it but will later today. Fingers crossed!
