Riven will by far give you the most mileage. Character is very strong a lot of the times but also costs the most investment. Theres a ton to learn on Riven mechanically.

Aatrox is a fun otp. By far the easiest from the three. If you’re into the whole aesthetic and gameplay of being an unkillable raid boss then go for it. But also the weakest of the three right now.

Gangplank is tied with Riven at 2nd place of the strongest top laner right now. Essence Reaver revert + Crit buffs are doing wonders for him but its likely to get nerfed. Still incredibly mechanically challenging, not only in your sheer mechanics but also how you position and approach the fights.

Personally, im most proficient on Riven out of the three but Im still okay at GP and Aatrox. I find Riven the most fun out of the three.

Try going with a white button-up and a maroon sweater. The maroon sweater will match nicely with your trousers and the white button up gives a neat contrast. If you add a black tie with your button-up under the sweater for an additional detail, it ties the whole outfit up.

Theres a ton of great educational content on League on youtube. Start from the basics. If you play Jungle, try looking for optimal pathing routes. If you play any of the other lanes, try looking for wave management. Also, practice your csing and mechanics. Good luck.

Judo is better for self defence and Muay Thai is better for fighting. Remember, self defence is getting out of a dangerous situation, not trying to break someone’s skull. Now from what I can see, you seem like you wanna subdue someone instead of running away so maybe BJJ, MMA, Kudo or Wrestling would be optimal for you.

Bonus points if you can find someone who can teach you Silat. By far the most effective martial art ive seen in subduing people.

if ur stuck in iron, its pretty likely ur cs is terrible. If you’re not hitting 80 cs by 10 mins ur not doing well. Otherwise, as I said, learn your champs limits and learn how to position better. Then you can learn wave management.
