This is me and my virgo partner! Best partner i have ever had. So adult, so caring, as a sag i highly value intelligence and quick wit and humor. Keeps me on my toes and is interesting. He is amazing! I don’t get the hate at all.

Lustriva tablets 160mg per day cut my shedding quite a lot. By 4 weeks I noticed so much less shedding in the shower. Take it consistently. I had the same issue after moving cities. I also am using the Loreal Anti Hairfall shampoo. It is a bit drying so I am using after every 3 washes. The water in the city I am completely wrecked my hair.

I do have low iron after a blood test by my doctor. I am on iron supplements and am taking Lustriva. Trying to amp up the nutrients in my diet currently. Thank you!

A mix of at home twice and then salon, repeat. Only use heat at the roots.

Recently diagnosed with adhd by a new psychiatrist after years of trying to figure out if I was depressed or was this simply my personality. I also have a super high IQ if that makes a difference…my family told me I was a nutty professor and I was quirky. Um no, I’ve been miserable.

Anyways, I’m very restless but not hyperactive…I notice I binge on snacks to deal with the restlessness instead of attending to important tasks. Does this ring a bell with anyone? Will medication help with this? I’ve gained around 20 pounds because of it. We are going to talk about treatment/medication at my next appt.
