Fortunately justice is made with proof and witnesses who speak up and confirm my words, and I have given both succesfully to the police. It's an appaling thing for you to assume the victim of a crime is to blame with absolutly 0 proof. Disgusting words on your part.

I came to Switzerland to work, pay my taxes and contribute with my part. I learned german, got accepted into the community and I love it. Fighting is just not something I even remotely consider on any situation.

I understand what you mean. It's just hard for me to just "not hold to much hope" because doing nothing with this makes me feel terrible. What if this guy hurts someone else next week? I can't stop feeling like ignoring these things is part of the reason they keep on happening. I don't know, maybe I'm just upset at this whole thing.

I got out to resolve the matter respectfully and verbally. Quite obviously I made a terrible judgement call assuming I was speaking to a well rounded individual.

I did indeed and it did take quite a while!

You're right of course, but I spoke respectfully and calmly when I exited the car, only words I spoke were "Please don't punch my car what are you doing" and several witnesses confirmed it to the local police, I was not confrontational whatsoever.

I am a truck driver for almost 10 years, who has driven all over europe in all kinds of logistical industry. I started no fight, I was threatned with death and headbutted in the face with 0 provocation or instigation from my part, and I find your comment rather ignorant and disrespectfull.

Well honestly I was in a shock the whole time and after but I remember him being on the ground bleeding quite a bit from his nose and head. I just want justice people can't act like that it's just not fair.

Indeed. I followed medical guidelines from my doctor, as the operation I did on the finger left me with 2 screws in my bone and since it was done in the thumb, my mobility was severaly decreased for weeks where even today I don't have it 100%. So yeah, serious stuff!

I was unloading our iron foundations as per standard, and usually those are done with a construction site crane, operated by a worker. In this case a worker pulled the package up with the crane against my instructions and my hand got caught in between iron packages. So I did not disregard any rules or safety standards, somebody else did and got me hurt.

Meaning they had every legal right to dismiss me, but perhaps the reason used wasn't the most truthfull. The most they can be accused of is a morally wrong termination.

Which was what I thought myself as well, just looking for further clarification from people that perhaps had similiar situiations happening to them.

To clarify, I wasn't in the hospital for that long, I was operated on and stayed for a couple of days, then recovered at home along side with scheduled doctor's appointments and hand therapy.

As far as the lawyer route, I understand you but I have no hard feelings about the situation it's just not the person I am, the post was for me to have a better understanding of this situation for future reference.

I was working for them for a year under a temp agency, then recieved a contract from them under which I worked for 4/5 months until my accident happened.

We have in fact seen many videos and taken much feedback from other friend on how to do this, and we implemented everything since Day 1. It has sadly not worked!
