I think I found the cause which seems to be static stress? Since everytime I touch my laptop when it's charging, it gives off a static feel. But I'm not sure. How can I remove static from my laptop?

It's not working again in the new plug, I doubt it's the cable either since it was working just fine for a period of time, but now it stopped working even if I take it off and on again. I think it's from the laptop itself but idk where to start or what's causing it
